  Beautiful, small hotel very close to everything needed for tourists. excellent staff- informative, knowledgeable and spoke perfect english. modern clean bathroom. our room was streetside but was very quiet.

  We has breakfast 4 times and i had to change cracked or chipped crockery/glass ware on 5 occasions. no enough care exercised in checking for these faults before items put into use.

  The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. they went out of their way to help us find what we needed in barcelona. the hotel is quiet but situated within blocks of the main activity in town. the rooms and common areas are lovely. although some wear is evident, it did not detract from our stay.

  Es un hotel increible. no tengo queja alguna. esta en una ubicacion excelente, el personal es afable y colaborador, el desayuno buffet delicioso y abundante. la habitacion que nos dieron era amplia, acogedora y muy limpia. definitivamente lo recomendaria sin ninguna duda

  Front desk staff are exceptionally willing to chat and advise on our broader tour experience. also, they had visited our country australia and understood our language.

  We requested a double not knowing how small the room would be in comparison to two singles (which other family members had), so i was disappointed in the size of the room.

  For location i would recommend - they were nice to give us a smoking room for same price as non smoking but it was on a floor that was being painted so we had to deal with awful paint smell all the time. also they didn't have shower caps in a 4 star hotel. any suggestions on what to do where to go seemed to linked to tie ups or deals they had with bus tours. breakfast was 20 euros which i thought was atrocious. need to address these issues for a better experience. some staff was friendly and helpful but some were not.

  Cout du parking calme sur arriere de l hotel vue deprimente sur cour interrieur des immeubles option terrasse inutilisable rien a voir! mais utile pour avoir du calme ! personnel disponible bien!
