Comentario : la fenetre donnait sur une sorte de serre fermée.... impossible donc d'avoir de l'air dans la chambre et d'aérer!
c'est l'un des gros points négatifs de mon séjour dans cet hôtel

Comentario : chambre trop petite pour 3 personnes ! Ce n'est pas une suite....En plus, odeur de cigarettes dans la chambre à notre arivée, alors que nous ne fumons pas. Difficile de supporter !
Climatisation trop bruyante et vue sur les moteurs de climatisation en ouvrant la fênêtre !
Nous avons été déçus. Petit-déjeuners impeccable a compensé un peu notre déception.

Comentario : The reception staff were excellent; very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, but a little basic and the beds were soft. The bathroom was fine. However, considering the price, we accepted this as part of the deal. I would not have been satisfied had we paid the higher prices asked on other sites or through travel agents.
We had a room on the side so no problem with noise but not a great outlook.
Range of food offered at breakfast was very good. Overall, good value for money. I would recommend the hotel but would prefer the Barri Gotic area for myself next time.

Comentario : My daughter and I thought your hotel a perfect place for us to stay, especially for first time visitors to Barcelona. We enjoyed walking the R, found wonderful places to eat and loved the market. It was also good to be able to begin each day with a good breakfast. We hope to return someday. Thank you.

Comentario : Our group of 8 stayed in 3 rooms and were very happy with the accommodations after the long flight from the U.S. Stayed one night only. Breakfast was a bonus! Flat screen TV in every room.

Comentario : Nous avons trouvé que l'accueil à la reception est plutôt mauvais...téléphones privés au lieur de répondre aux clients, ne disent pas bonjour...au niveau des prestations (ex.:tél un taxi->pas du tout efficace)

Comentario : Excellent location, within walking distance of all the main attractions. Room quite spacious and nicely decorated, but very noisy as overlooking a busy street. Good breakfast with varied selection. Would definitely go back but ask for a room at the back!!

Comentario : Very good hotel in an excellent location near to Las Ramblas and starting point for city bus tour. Front rooms have a small balcony with views of a busy shopping street but there was no noise at night and rooms were well furnished with lots of storage space

Comentario : The hotel was OK (the location is excellent!!!) but the big minus is due to the car parking. Take care - on the site it's just said that there is a payable parking but it came out that it's a regular city parking with hourly rate in the center of the city. So, we paid more for parking for one week than was a rent of the car itself. If I would have known it, I would have chosen the hotel with it's own parking as there are in surrounding.

Comentario : La situación del hotel es excelente,al lado mismo de la plaza de Cataluña,con muy buenas comunicaciones (metro,aerobus direccto al aeropuerto y bus turistico en la misma plaza)y en el centro de la ciudad con posibilades de ir andando a varias atracciones turísticas. La habitación era pequeña pero limpia y el baño también y nuevo. El desayuno bastante bueno. Resumiento una buena situacion y buena relación calidad precio, sin más pretensiones resulta una muy buena elección.

Comentario : Zimmer waren trotz Hinterhof laut und stickig, da keine Frischluftzufuhr (auch nicht über Klimaanlage möglich war) Zimmer waren erst am zweiten Tag, nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption, richtig sauber.
Frühstück war nur ausreichend, Personal beim Frühstück gelangweilt und dadurch der Frühstücksraum unaufgeräumt. Schade, da das Hotel hervorragend in der Stadtmitte gelegen wäre.

Comentario : Unser Zimmer war viel zu laut (Nähe der Treppe mit einer Tür, die unheimlich laut zufiel). Auch die Lage in einen Innenhof-Schacht ohne Lichteinfall war denkbar schlecht.
Personal an der Rezeption war eher unfreundlich und nur widerwillig zur Auskunft bereit.
